Get ServSafe® Food Safety Training at The NAFEM Show
Wednesday, February 9 and Thursday, February 10
Orange County Convention Center
$200 per person (non-refundable)
Take the
ServSafe®course at The NAFEM Show and empower yourself and your employees to protect against food-borne illness
outbreaks, minimize insurance costs, reduce liability risks and improve food quality. The course provides complete
ServSafe
® training and a certification exam for foodservice managers, owners, operators, F&B directors, chefs, line cooks, kitchen
managers, dietary managers, dieticians and others who need food safety training and certification. The certification is valid for five
years and is applicable nationwide.
A certified ServSafe
® instructor from the Florida Restaurant & Lodging Association (FRLA) leads participants through two, half-day segments,

from 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
Registration includes course materials (shipped to registrants
before the course), instruction, certification exam, continental breakfast and lunch both days.
