Train and certify
at The NAFEM Show

There’s more to The NAFEM Show than booth after booth of the latest in foodservice equipment and supplies. There are valuable training and certification opportunities as well – including the opportunity to certify as a Food Protection Manager through ServSafe’s training and exam class.

Led by the Florida Restaurant & Lodging Association (FRLA), the program blends the latest FDA Food Code, food safety research and years of food sanitation training experience. Managers learn to implement essential food safety practices and create a culture of food safety. All content and materials are based on actual job tasks identified by foodservice industry experts. The exam meets most State Requirements for food manager certification and must be renewed every five years.

This two-day event, Wednesday Feb. 6, and Thursday, Feb. 7, from 8 a.m. – 1 p.m., includes review class, study guide and examination; participants also get breakfast and lunch Wednesday and breakfast Thursday.
