The NAFEM Show takes place, Feb. 1 – 3, 2023, at the Orange County Convention Center, North/South Building in Orlando, Fla., USA. Please note, we have a new day pattern and the show takes place Wednesday through Friday.

Restaurateurs, chain executives, dealer/distributors and consultants are just some of the many foodservice professionals across all segments of the foodservice industry, including healthcare, schools, colleges & universities, business & industry, corrections and more!

The world’s leading foodservice equipment & supplies manufacturers exhibit at The NAFEM Show.

There is no formal dress code for the show, but business casual is recommended.

Training Time is an additional hour (8 – 9 a.m.) before the official show opening on Thursday, Feb. 2, 2023, and Friday, Feb. 3, 2023, providing manufacturers with time to conduct product training for their dealer/distributors, consultants and service agents. NAFEM distributes Training Time badges to registrants who are members of CFESA, FCSI, FEDA and all buying groups.

We offer complimentary Wi-Fi for all attendees while at the Orange County Convention Center.

The NAFEM booth is a place to get information on the show, learn more about NAFEM and meet with other participants. You also can find NAFEM’s channel partners MAFSI, FEDA, CFESA and FCSI here.

Our VIP concierge confirms your registration and you receive a confirmation from our registration system. If you have questions, reach out to vipconcierge@thenafemshow.org.

Our VIP concierge assists you with making your complimentary hotel reservations through onPeak, our official housing provider. You receive your housing confirmation via email in early January with all details.

You have access to our VIP lounge with complimentary breakfast, lunch, snacks and wireless internet. You can use the lounge as a place to work, have meetings or just rest your feet.

Please make your own flight reservations and ensure they include the ability to cancel/change without a fee. You receive a $300 travel voucher following the show from our VIP concierge. If for any reason you are unable to attend, your voucher is forfeited.

If driving, you are reimbursed 62.5 cents per mile up to $300, based on IRS 2021 mileage reimbursement guidelines. If you have further questions, reach out to vipconcierge@thenafemshow.org.

VIP participants are required to set up three (3) meetings with different exhibitors and attend at least one (1) networking or education event. More details come from our VIP concierge closer to the show.

Your badge is available for pick up in our registration area at the Orange County Convention Center. Note: All badges are printed at the show; no badges are mailed.

We offer complimentary badges for spouses to attend The NAFEM Show. To receive your code for a free show badge, reach out to vipconcierge@thenafemshow.org

If for any reason you cannot attend, contact us at vipconcierge@thenafemshow.org. Unfortunately, in the event of your cancellation, your airfare voucher is forfeited. Please be sure any flight reservations include the ability to cancel/change without a fee at the time of booking.

If for any reason beyond NAFEM’s control, NAFEM determines that The NAFEM Show must be cancelled, shortened, delayed or otherwise altered or changed, we will notify you immediately to cancel or change flight reservations. Please be sure any flight reservations include the ability to cancel/change without a fee at the time of booking as airfare vouchers will not be provided for show cancellations or delays.

Children under 16 years of age ARE NOT allowed on the show floor at any time, even if supervised by an adult.

NAFEM uses the data you provide to NAFEM to inform you of its events including The NAFEM Show® , N+, products or news that may be of interest to you; to facilitate networking between you and NAFEM members, and such other purposes which are within the scope of NAFEM’s exempt purpose and mission.

NAFEM will share the data you provide NAFEM with third party vendors in order to process your registration, to make you aware of goods and services you may be interested in, to perform analytics on behalf of NAFEM, in connection with The NAFEM Show® and for such other purposes as NAFEM may approve from time to time.
