Planning for your experience at this year’s show is well underway and it is our goal to keep you connected with the information you need to be successful. Please review this email closely.

Confirmation & invoices. If you have not received your booth confirmation and invoice by now, please contact info@thenafemshow.org.

Exhibitor resources. Find links to all exhibitor resources, including a list of upcoming dates, show schedule and more.

Exhibitor console. The exhibitor console launches June 2 and features helpful tools such as the Exhibitor Services Manual and the Exhibitor Registration Dashboard.

Exhibitor webinar, June 3. Attend this live webinar to understand how to get the most out of the Exhibitor Console. Learn how to register for badges, use the online Exhibitor Services Manual, submit your listing for our mobile app and more. Register today.

Manage your exhibitor budget. Use our Budget Calculator to help keep costs in check by calculating costs based on size, labor required and rental options.

Deadline approaching: detailed booth drawings. Please submit your plans via email to info@thenafemshow.org or through your Exhibitor Console by July 2. Detailed plans with dimensions, including height, are required from:

• Exhibitors occupying an island, split island, peninsula or modified peninsula space.
• Manufacturers of walk-in coolers, refrigerators and/or freezers.
• Exhibitors that received written booth violation notices during the 2019 show.

Review the floor plan. NAFEM space selection is complete and we have assigned over 200,000 sq. ft.! While The NAFEM Show may be smaller than what we are all used to, it will continue to provide the value that you have come to expect. Because our show floor will be smaller, we have condensed the floorplan. Based on this update, if you wish to be added to the waitlist for a different booth location or would like to relocate your booth to another open area on the show floor, please email info@thenafemshow.org and we’d be happy to assist.
