General

When and where does The NAFEM Show take place?
The NAFEM Show takes place Wednesday through Friday, Feb. 26-28, 2025, at the Georgia World Congress Center (GWCC), Atlanta, Ga., USA.

Beginning June 5, 2024, exhibitors can submit an exhibit space contract. To participate in the online exhibit space selection, you must submit a contract and deposit by July 26. After July 26, contracts are accepted and space is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

If your company is a member of NAFEM, the tradeshow contact from your company may sign in with credentials provided by NAFEM to access and submit a contract. If your company is not a NAFEM member, contact us at info@thenafemshow.org for next steps to secure space.

Online space selection takes place during the weeks of Aug. 19 and Aug. 26 for all contracts and deposits that are received on or before July 26. Exhibit space is assigned in the following order:

  1. Week of Aug. 19 – NAFEM members with 200 priority points or more, in point order.
  2. Week of Aug. 26 – NAFEM members with less than 200 priority points, in point order, followed by NAFEM Associate members eligible to exhibit and non-members.

To see your priority points total, log in to the NAFEM Member Dashboard.

For all contracts received after July 26, exhibit space is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. The NAFEM Show exhibits team will contact you to secure your space.

Manufacturers of commercial foodservice equipment and supplies are eligible to exhibit. For more information, contact us at info@thenafemshow.org.

NAFEM Official Supplier Seal
Only companies displaying this seal are official suppliers of The NAFEM Show.
Most hotels in our block have a 72-hour cancellation policy. While a credit card is required at the time of reservation through onPeak, our official housing coordinator, many hotels do not charge the deposit until closer to the show. Please check your hotel reservation confirmation for details about deposit and cancellation policies for your specific hotel.
Training Time badges are provided to members of CFESA, FCSI, FEDA and all buying groups, allowing them access to the show floor for training from 8 – 9 a.m. on Thursday, Feb. 27, 2025, and Friday, Feb. 28, 2025. If you have any interest in scheduling an early meeting with an operator, contact us at info@thenafemshow.org so that we may provide a Training Time access badge to that person(s).
