All advance warehouse freight will be delivered on straight time.
Advance warehouse shipments must arrive Jan. 4 – 28, 2019.
Direct to show site shipments must arrive Feb. 3 – 6, 2019.

Overhead Sign Rigging

*Straight time: 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Monday – Friday
**Overtime: 4:30 p.m. – 8 a.m. Monday – Friday; all day Saturday and Sunday
***First hour in and out, includes a three rigger team for one hour for installation and one hour for dismantle. If needed, select additional rigger labor hours.
****Additional rigger labor, per hour, per rigger, straight time.
Overtime will be applied to all freight received at the warehouse and/or show site that must be moved into or out of booth during above listed times.
Surcharges ranging from $19.75 – $29.50 per 100 lbs. apply for shipments delivered after deadline date (in addition to above rates).

Select your catering budget

Exhibitors are permitted to provide food and alcoholic beverages in their booth during the Show Floor Receptions on Thursday, Feb. 7, 2019 and Friday, Feb. 8, 2019 from 4 – 5 p.m. Alcoholic beverages served in booths may only be purchased and served by licensed bartenders from Centerplate.
