How to purchase tickets
Only trade show contacts have access to register company personnel for badges and purchase event tickets. For data security reasons tied to the exhibitor contract, only one person, the trade show contact, has access.
Step 1: Trade show contact logs into the exhibitor console
Step 2: Select Exhibitor Registration Dashboard
Step 3: Edit an existing registration record, add registrations for multiple people, or one at a time. In order to purchase event tickets, an exhibitor must have at least one person registered for a badge. If no one is registered yet for a badge, this must be completed before tickets can be purchased.
Step 4: After registrant(s) info has been input the next page of the registration form is where event tickets may be purchased. The trade show contact can purchase multiple tickets under one registration.
If the trade show contact had previously registered for exhibitor badges, simply add the tickets to the existing registration once logged in.
