A fun, modern twist on a culinary competition.
The NAFEM Show will proudly host the 2027 premiere competition – created by chefs, for chefs. Over two days, 12 of today’s top professional chefs will use the best equipment and food sources to vie for the title of U.S. Culinary Open Champion.
After two days of fierce competition, Chefs Freddy Money (right) and Michael Page (Commis – left) were named the inaugural U.S. Culinary Open Champions!
