When and where does The NAFEM Show take place?
The NAFEM Show takes place Thursday through Saturday, Feb. 11-13, 2027, at the Orange County Convention Center (OCCC), Orlando, Fla., USA.
Thursday, Feb. 11:
9 a.m. – 5 p.m. – Show Floor Open
Friday, Feb 12:
8 – 9 a.m. – Training Time
9 a.m. – 5 p.m. – Show Floor Open
Saturday, Feb. 13:
8 – 9 a.m. – Training Time
9 a.m. – 3 p.m. – Show Floor Open
Who attends?
The NAFEM Show is a trade-only event. Attendees include foodservice operators (from restaurants and hotels to colleges, healthcare, K12, business & industry, convenience stores and more), dealers and distributors and foodservice consultants and designers — all looking to source, evaluate and specify the latest commercial foodservice equipment and supplies.
What is the expected attendance at the show?

What is Training Time?
Training Time is the hour before the official 9 a.m. show opening on Friday, Feb. 12, and Saturday, Feb. 13, providing manufacturers with time to conduct product training for their dealer/distributors, consultants and service agents. NAFEM distributes Training Time badges to registrants who are members of CFESA, FCSI, FEDA and all buying groups.

The WHAT’S HOT! WHAT’S COOL!™ product gallery displays dozens of products that help foodservice operators do their jobs better. All exhibitors have the opportunity to submit a product for the gallery. With its central location and vast array of products, the gallery is a not-to-be-missed hub of activity on the floor. It’s where attendees can see and touch the latest and greatest solutions for their businesses and then visit the participating exhibitors to place an order. Watch your email and this site for submission information.

There is no formal dress code for the show. Business casual is recommended.

Yes, complimentary wireless Internet access is provided by NAFEM in all public areas of the convention center, meeting rooms and on the show floor.

How can I submit a contract?
Trade show contacts for all NAFEM members and 2027 approved non-member exhibiting companies are sent an email containing a unique booking code and link to submit your contract on June 16. If you have not received or need resent, please contact info@thenafemshow.org.
If your company is not a current NAFEM member or 2027 approved non-member exhibitor, and your company meets the eligibility criteria for exhibitors, please please contact NAFEM to request an application.

Where can I access all of my exhibitor information (exhibitor services manual, badge registration, attendee list, etc.)?
The Exhibitor Resource Center (ERC) is your main portal for The NAFEM Show. The ERC is currently available to access the payment portal, floor plan, budget calculator, education webinar schedule, hotel reservations and meeting space form.
Remaining resources including exhibitor badge registration, Exhibitor Services Manual (Freeman Order Forms), Orange County Convention Center (OCCC) forms and tickets to networking events including The NAFEM Party are available for purchase starting Sept. 23. Are exhibitors required to have carpet in their booth?
All booth floors must be finished. Exposed concrete is not permitted. Booth carpet order forms are included in the Exhibitor Services Manual or exhibitors may bring their own floor covering.
REGISTRATION
How do I register my team to attend The NAFEM Show?
You can register your team for The NAFEM Show through the Exhibitor Resource Center (ERC). Registration launches Sept. 23.
Can I change my name after I register?
Please email name change requests to NAFEMexh@maritz.com to edit your personal contact information.
How do I get my badge after registering?
All badges are printed at the show. Pick up your badge at the Orange County Convention Center (OCCC). Badge pick-up is available for exhibitors who are preregistered, in the lobby of the Hilton Orlando, Hyatt Regency Orlando, Rosen Centre Hotel and Rosen Plaza Hotel and at the Orlando International Airport (MCO) in Terminal B (near baggage carousels #24 and #29).

What happens if I need to cancel my registration?
Registrations (badges and event tickets) cancelled on or before 11:59 p.m. CT, Jan. 27, 2027 will be refunded in full. Starting January 28, 2027, all fees are not refundable.

NAFEM uses the data you provide during registration to inform you of its events, including The NAFEM Show, and products or news that may be of interest to you; to facilitate networking between you and NAFEM members; and for such other purposes that are within the scope of NAFEM’s exempt purpose and mission.
NAFEM shares the data you provide during registration with third-party vendors to process your registration; to make you aware of goods and services you may be interested in; and to perform analytics on behalf of NAFEM, in connection with The NAFEM Show and for such other purposes as NAFEM may approve from time to time.
