The NAFEM Show takes place Thursday through Saturday, Feb. 11-13, 2027, at the Orange County Convention Center (OCCC), Orlando, Fla., USA.

Saturday, Feb. 13:

9 a.m. – 3 p.m. – Show Floor Open

The NAFEM Show is a trade-only event. Attendees include foodservice operators (from restaurants and hotels to colleges, healthcare, K12, business & industry, convenience stores and more), dealers and distributors and foodservice consultants and designers — all looking to source, evaluate and specify the latest commercial foodservice equipment and supplies.

Training Time is the hour before the official 9 a.m. show opening on Friday, Feb. 12, and Saturday, Feb. 13, providing manufacturers with time to conduct product training for their dealer/distributors, consultants and service agents. NAFEM distributes Training Time badges to registrants who are members of CFESA, FCSI, FEDA and all buying groups.

To attend the Kick-Off Party or The NAFEM Party, you must be a registered show attendee. Registration for exhibitors is available Sept. 23.  

The WHAT’S HOT! WHAT’S COOL!™ product gallery displays dozens of products that help foodservice operators do their jobs better. All exhibitors have the opportunity to submit a product for the gallery. With its central location and vast array of products, the gallery is a not-to-be-missed hub of activity on the floor. It’s where attendees can see and touch the latest and greatest solutions for their businesses and then visit the participating exhibitors to place an order. Watch your email and this site for submission information.

The Exhibitor Resource Center (ERC) is your main portal for The NAFEM Show. The ERC is currently available to access the payment portal, floor plan, budget calculator, education webinar schedule, hotel reservations and meeting space form.

Remaining resources including exhibitor badge registration, Exhibitor Services Manual (Freeman Order Forms), Orange County Convention Center (OCCC) forms and tickets to networking events including The NAFEM Party are available for purchase starting Sept. 23. All booth floors must be finished. Exposed concrete is not permitted. Booth carpet order forms are included in the Exhibitor Services Manual or exhibitors may bring their own floor covering.
