The Hosted Buyer Program is a curated, invitation-only experience for foodservice leaders attending The NAFEM Show, Feb. 11 – 13, 2027, in Orlando, Fla., for the first time. We bring the buyers you nominate face to face with the manufacturers who build the commercial foodservice equipment and supplies (E&S) their operations depend on.

Who to Nominate:

The strongest nominees share two things:

They hold purchasing authority, or they influence E&S buying decisions for their organization.
They have not attended The NAFEM Show before. The program is designed to give first-time attendees a guided, high-value first experience.

What’s Included for Accepted Hosted Buyers

Accepted participants receive a curated, concierge-level experience valued at up to $2,500:

Complimentary show registration, including Training Time
Airfare or mileage allowance (up to $500)
Up to four nights in a NAFEM-selected hotel
Complimentary tickets to NAFEM-hosted networking events (The Kickoff Party and The NAFEM Party)
Meals, refreshments and a dedicated concierge in the exclusive Hosted Buyer Lounge on the show floor

What We Ask of Hosted Buyers

Accepted participants are expected to:

Attend The NAFEM Show all three days: Thursday, Feb. 11, Friday, Feb. 12, and Saturday, Feb. 13, 2027
Complete 15 scheduled meetings (five per day) with exhibitors on the show floor
Share a brief testimonial about your experience (video or written)
