Nominate a First-Time Attendee for the Hosted Buyer Program

The Hosted Buyer Program is a curated, invitation-only experience for foodservice operators. If there’s a high-level decision maker or key influencer in your network who has never attended The NAFEM Show, recommend them for the Hosted Buyer Program. 

The strongest prospects share two things:

  • They hold purchasing authority, or they influence E&S buying decisions for their organization.
  • They have not attended The NAFEM Show before. The program is designed to give first-time attendees a guided, high-value first experience.

Qualified hosted buyers receive a curated, concierge-level experience valued at up to $2,500:

Accepted hosted buyers are required to:

  • Attend The NAFEM Show all three days: Thursday, Feb. 11, Friday, Feb. 12, and Saturday, Feb. 13, 2027
  • Complete 15 scheduled meetings (five per day) with exhibitors on the show floor
  • Share a brief testimonial about their experience (video or written)
