Visitors outside the U.S. should begin the visa application process three to four months before traveling. See if your country participates in the Visa Waiver Program.

The Orlando International Airport is the closest airport to the Orange County Convention Center. Once you arrive, you can travel by rental car, taxi, van, Lyft, Uber or shuttle service (at participating hotels).
The NAFEM Show provides complimentary shuttle bus service to and from the Orange County Convention Center (OCCC) and all official hotel suppliers, except the Hilton Orlando, Hyatt Regency Orlando, Rosen Plaza, Rosen Centre, and Days Inn, which are all within a 15-minute walk from the OCCC.
While The NAFEM Show does not provide interpreting services, we will happily help you find a personal interpreter.
