July 21
Exhibit contracts and 50 percent deposit due to participate in online space selection. (Note: If paying by check, checks must be dated AND postmarked by July 21 to participate in online space selection.)
Week of Aug. 24
Online space selection for NAFEM members with 200 priority points or more.
Week of Aug. 31
Online space selection for NAFEM members with less than 200 priority points, in point order, followed by NAFEM Associate members eligible to exhibit and non-members.
Sept. 23
Exhibitor badge registration open; Exhibitor Services Manual (Freeman Order Forms) and Orange County Convention Center (OCCC) forms available; tickets to networking events including The NAFEM Party are available for purchase — all in the Exhibitor Resource Center.
Oct. 20
Final exhibit space balance due. Contracts submitted on, or after, this date must be accompanied by payment in full. No refunds are issued on cancelled or reduced space submitted after this date.
Nov. 18
Detailed floor plans due from exhibitors occupying an island or split island booth space; manufacturers of walk-in coolers, refrigerators and/or freezers, or those exhibitors with written booth violation notices from 2025. Booth diagrams must be detailed including the dimensions and height of all items in your exhibit space.
Jan. 4, 2027
Last day to submit exhibit contracts and company name changes by 5 p.m. Central.
Feb. 7, 2027
Target Exhibitor move-in begins.
Feb. 16, 2027
Exhibitor move-out ends.
